Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and closing deals. The role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients using online listings, databases, and networking.
- Build and maintain a client database with regular updates.
- Client Outreach:
- Make outbound calls to introduce and promote our residential and commercial real estate offerings.
- Understand client needs and preferences to offer suitable property options.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Present and explain property features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
- Arrange property viewings (both virtual and in-person) and provide detailed information.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address client queries and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Follow-Up:
- Keep clients informed about new properties, market trends, and opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools.
- Reporting:
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to the Sales Manager.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Real estate experience is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Attributes:

- Resilient and able to handle rejections positively.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
