Responsibilities

Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Ensure 100% achievement of assigned sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies for builder floor projects in Gurugram
Coordinate with Sales Team, Sales TLs, and Management
Conduct site visits, negotiations, and closures
Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Track market trends and competitor activities in Gurugram & NCR
