  • Position Overview

  • We are seeking

    highly motivated and target-oriented International Sales Associates

    to join our dynamic global sales team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in

    B2B/B2C international sales

    , with a strong ability to promote digital products, nurture client relationships, and achieve business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with international prospects.
  • Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through

    cold calling, social media outreach, and professional networking

    .
  • Effectively

    present and promote

    our suite of digital products and services, including

    Google AdWords and EdTech solutions

    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate

    client consultations and product demos

    based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in

    CRM tools

    .
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key sales metrics and pipeline progress.
  • Build and nurture

    long-term client relationships

    to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Google Ads / Google AdWords
  • EdTech, SaaS, or other digital products & services

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven track record in

    lead generation, client communication, and deal closure

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    CRM and data analysis tools

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    digital marketing concepts

    and the

    global advertising ecosystem

    .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Open to working in

    rotational shifts

    (transport facility provided).
  • Candidates currently based in Hyderabad or

    willing to relocate

    are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC:

    Up to 8.5 LPA (including 20% performance-based incentives)
  • Work Schedule:

    Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
  • Shifts:

    Rotational (cab facility available)
  • Notice Period:

    Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period preferred
