Your Role

• Be responsible of Implementation, day-to-day management and optimisation of paid performance campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and video. Platforms include Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube.
• Budget pacing, data analysis and reporting for paid performance campaigns on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule to internal & external stakeholders.
• Assist the Digital Strategy team to research, develop, and present campaign plans, which align to client business and media objectives.
• Work in close collaboration with the Paid Media team to deliver campaign updates and action changes based on client meetings and internal processes.
• Support the Client Success team with technical analysis of client accounts and support responses to client enquiries.
• Proactively learn and update the team about the latest digital marketing developments and ensure that campaign strategies are adapted in a timely fashion to meet all relevant requirements
  

What You Need

• 3 years minimum experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
• Previous experience within a media agency, preferably buying ads on 1 or all of the following - Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Programmatic
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, media, communications, or relevant field preferred
• Strong experience with PPC and social media ad platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube etc.)
• Proven track record of successfully executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels and driving ROI, with experience across small and large budget clients.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and collaborate with team leads for media and creative insights and optimisations.
• Outstanding communication skills, adept at conveying data, insights, and recommendations to various internal and external audiences through writing and presentation.
• Proven analytical ability and quantitative skills - strong PPT and Excel skills.
