Job Description

Role Overview: As a Paid Media Specialist at Vendasta, you will be part of the Paid Media Services team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including AI R&D and Product. Your main responsibility will involve launching, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and other platforms using AI-enhanced workflows. You will also develop and iterate on prompt templates and automation tools to enhance ad performance and execution efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and communicating data-driven insights and campaign results using AI-powered analytics and reporting tools. Please note that this role requires you to work in CST shift hours, from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, at the Chennai office. Key Responsibilities: - Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and other platforms using AI-enhanced workflows. - Develop and iterate on prompt templates and automation tools to improve ad performance and execution efficiency. - Create and communicate data-driven insights and campaign results using AI-powered analytics and reporting tools. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. - Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and ad-serving technologies like Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel. - Proficiency in interpreting KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and using analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Looker Studio. - Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) for streamlining workflows, generating ad creatives, and analyzing performance. - Knowledge of prompt iteration and the importance of ethical and human oversight in AI applications.,
