This hybrid role requires a combination of design excellence and strategic thinking. Your main responsibilities will include designing high-converting visual assets for digital ad platforms, guiding junior designers, managing feedback cycles, and collaborating with copy, marketing, and strategy teams on campaign planning. Additionally, you will utilize AI-enhanced workflows and templates for scale and speed. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in creative design, preferably in fast-paced marketing or agency roles. You should have hands-on experience with digital ads, DTC, or growth marketing, and be confident in managing small teams and coaching designers. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, with After Effects being optional, is required for this role.
