Job Summary:

We are seeking a Packaging Expert with a Diploma in Packaging/related field to assess and enhance the quality of our current packaging solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in packaging quality evaluation, optimization, and sourcing, ensuring that our packaging meets both domestic and export standards while improving cost efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the packaging quality of existing products and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend innovative packaging solutions to enhance durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Optimize packaging materials and processes for better efficiency and cost savings.
• Source and suggest reliable suppliers for improved packaging solutions.
• Ensure packaging meets regulatory standards for both domestic and export markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized packaging solutions that align with product requirements.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Stay updated with packaging trends and new technologies to enhance the company's packaging solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Packaging Technology, Mechanical, or a related field, experience 5 to 6 years in automotive industry is preferable.
• Experience in packaging quality assessment and optimization strategies.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, sustainability practices, and cost-effective solutions.
• Knowledge of export and domestic packaging standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of lean principles and implementation
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
