Job Summary

Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director

fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience


Key Responsibilities

Personal Support:

  • Manage and coordinate the MD’s personal calendar, appointments, and commitments.
  • Handle personal errands, purchases, bill payments, household/vendor coordination, and other daily needs.
  • Organize personal travel, accommodations, family-related events, and reservations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on personal and household tasks.
  • Act as the first point of contact for personal engagements and commitments.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling personal and family-related matters.

Professional Support

  • Assist in managing official communications, scheduling meetings, and drafting correspondence when required.
  • Support the MD in travel arrangements for business purposes.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams when necessary.
  • Provide assistance in planning and execution of events or special projects.


Working Style & Expectations

  • 24/7 Availability:

    Must be reachable and responsive at all times or as per the MD’s requirements.
  • Flexibility:

    Comfortable with extended working hours, urgent requests, and last-minute changes.
  • Proactive Approach:

    Anticipates needs, takes initiative, and resolves issues independently.
  • High Pace Adaptability:

    Capable of functioning in a fast-moving, high-demand environment with minimal supervision.
  • Confidentiality & Trust:

    Handles sensitive personal and professional matters with complete discretion.
  • Multi-tasking:

    Efficiently manages multiple priorities without compromising quality or timelines.


Desired Skills & Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience (freshers encouraged to apply).
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Energetic, proactive, and dependable personality.
