Outbound Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in international markets.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

● Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, emails, and networking events.

● Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential clients, and business opportunities.

● Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

● Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation, branding, and content creation.

● Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing and post-sale follow-up.

● Willingness to travel 15-20 days per month to meet clients, attend events, and explore new business opportunities.

Requirements:

● MBA in Sales & Marketing.

● Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales and client acquisition.

● Exposure to international sales is highly preferred.

● SaaS software sales experience is preferred.

● Strong presentation skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients at all levels.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.

● Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Zoho, and experience working with sales software.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

● Presentable and professional demeanor.

● Willingness to travel up to 15-20 days per month.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
