Job Description

Business Development Manager (Outbound Sales)


Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and generate leads through outbound channels (emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, etc.)

 Pitch IT services related to web and mobile app development to international clients

 Build and maintain strong client relationships

 Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions

 Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth

 Prepare sales proposals, follow-ups, and closures effectively


Requirements:

 2–8 years of experience in outbound B2B sales (preferably in the IT services domain)

 Proven experience in selling web and mobile app development services

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management platforms
