Technical Lead

As a skilled developer, you will be responsible for various tasks such as analyzing new project requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions, and executing code reviews. Additionally, you will play a key role in coaching and mentoring colleagues on the development team. Acting as a liaison between the technical team, project leadership team, and management will be crucial to ensure deliverables are met successfully. Your role will also involve researching and testing new solutions to overcome technical obstacles faced by customers. Interacting with client managers, developers, testers, and operations teams will be necessary to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Deployment of code, database migrations, and a thorough understanding of the impact of changes in the production environment will be part of your responsibilities. You should have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on development experience with mobile, web, and/or server technologies using languages such as Php, Java, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS. Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web and mobile applications, understanding browser-specific compatibility issues, and experience with Relational and NoSQL databases are essential for this role. Additionally, familiarity with Git or other similar version control systems, setting up continuous integration, static analysis tools, and code coverage tools are required. Your expertise in writing automated unit and functional tests will be valuable in ensuring the quality and reliability of the technical solutions you develop.
