Technical Lead

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using

  Java, Spring Boot

  , and related technologies.
• Lead customer discussions to gather requirements and translate business needs into

  technical solutions and application architecture

  .
• Provide technical leadership by guiding the development team, validating solutions, and ensuring adherence to

  best practices and coding standards

  .
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to seamlessly integrate

  UI components with server-side logic

  .
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong emphasis on

  unit and integration testing

  .
• Work with

  relational databases

  (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and

  NoSQL databases

  (MongoDB) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Design, develop, document, and maintain

  RESTful APIs

  and ensure smooth system integrations.
• Ensure application

  performance, scalability, reliability, and security

  .
• Participate actively in

  code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies

  .
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend applications.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in

  backend development and cloud technologies

  .
• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on

  cloud platforms

  such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Use

  Docker

  for containerization and

  Kubernetes

  for orchestration to ensure environment consistency and scalability.

Skills & Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience

  in backend development using

  Java and Spring Boot

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Spring MVC, Spring Security

  , and modern backend design patterns.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing

  microservices architecture

  and

  event-driven architectures

  .
• Solid understanding and practical application of

  SOLID principles

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  Java programming

  and object-oriented design principles.
• Hands-on experience with both

  relational databases

  (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and

  NoSQL databases

  (MongoDB).
• Experience developing and integrating

  RESTful APIs

  and working with

  Redis caching

  .
• Good understanding of cloud platforms such as

  AWS, Azure, or GCP

  .
• Working knowledge of

  DevOps practices

  , CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as

  Jenkins, GitLab CI

  , or similar.
• Familiarity with

  Docker, Kubernetes

  , and container management technologies.
• Expertise in

  Git

  and version control best practices.
• Strong understanding of the
