Job Title: Outbound Business Development Executive - US/UK/MENA Markets
Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outbound Business Development
Executive to spearhead our expansion efforts in the US, UK, and MENA regions. This role will
be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting our
comprehensive suite of digital marketing services, and driving the entire sales cycle from lead
generation to successful deal closure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding
of the digital marketing landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven
track record of achieving ambitious sales targets in international markets.
Responsibilities:
● Strategic Outbound Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted outbound
strategies to identify and qualify potential clients in the US, UK, and MENA regions
across various industries. This includes cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and
other relevant channels.
● Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify key target
markets, industries, and potential clients within the assigned regions. Stay updated on
industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs.
● Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately
forecasting sales opportunities and managing leads through each stage of the sales
process.
● Compelling Value Proposition Communication: Effectively communicate the value
proposition ofope digital marketing services (including PPC, SEO, SocialMedia, etc.) to prospective clients through presentations, proposals, and tailored
communications.
● Needs Assessment and Solution Development: Understand the business objectives
and challenges of potential clients and develop customized digital marketing solutions
that address their specific needs.
● Proposal Creation and Negotiation: Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals,
negotiate terms and pricing, and effectively close deals to achieve and exceed sales
targets.
● Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key
decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations.
● CRM Management: Accurately and diligently update and manage all sales activities,
leads, and opportunities within the designated CRM system.
● Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing and service
delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful campaign
execution.
● Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related
to outbound sales activities, lead generation, and deal closures. Provide regular updates
to management on progress and challenges.
● Adherence to Sales Processes: Follow established sales processes and best practices
to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
● Understanding of International Business Etiquette: Demonstrate a strong
understanding of cultural nuances and business etiquette in the US, UK, and MENA
regions to build rapport and facilitate effective communication.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven track record of 2 years of successful experience in outbound business
development, sales, or a related role, specifically targeting international markets (US,
UK, or MENA experience is highly preferred).
● Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including PPC, SEO, social
media marketing, and other relevant services.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex
information clearly and persuasively.
● Exceptional cold outreach, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients from diverse
cultural backgrounds.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and possess a strong work ethic with a proactive
approach.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and productivity tools.
● Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate time zone differences in the target
regions.Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience selling digital marketing services to clients in the US, UK, or MENA regions.
● Familiarity with relevant industry tools and platforms for lead generation and market
research.
● Knowledge of a second language relevant to the target regions (e.g., Arabic).
