Role Overview

• Break in with cold outreach

• Run discovery & pitch

• Close high-ticket B2B deals

You’ll work closely with founders and delivery leadership. Your goal is not to "hand off" — your goal is to drive revenue end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own the full outbound sales cycle: prospect, connect, sell, close.
• Execute cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn using proven scripts.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Conduct discovery, pitch, and proposal calls with mid-market & enterprise buyers (IT, Ops, Product, C-level).
• Collaborate with internal technical/delivery team to ensure alignment.
• Manage CRM hygiene, forecasting, and follow-up with precision.
• Consistently hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years full-cycle B2B sales experience

  (SDR → AE, Outbound AE, or founder-led selling).
• Proven track record of cold outbound success (calls, email, LI).
• Comfortable engaging senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to run discovery, tailor solutions, and close consultative deals.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Self-starter mindset — thrives without micromanagement.
• Experience selling tech services or software/outsourcing is a plus.
