86 Agency is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in IT services sales to help us bring in app development, UI/UX, QA, and digital marketing projects from clients in North America.

Your Role:

• Generate leads via cold emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach
• Target decision-makers: CTOs, Founders, CEOs at tech startups/SMBs
• Set meetings, pitch solutions, and close development projects
• Work closely with delivery team to craft tailored proposals
• Meet monthly KPIs: outreach volume, deals closed, revenue targets

You Should Have:

• Prior experience selling IT development services (2+ years)
• Strong understanding of client pain points & outsourcing models
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and outreach platforms
