Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and analytical OTA Manager to oversee and optimize our partner hotels’ performance across major Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms. Your focus will be to increase online bookings, improve property rankings, and maximize occupancy for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize OTA listings (Booking.com, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.) for multiple hotels.

• Execute OTA strategies to achieve defined revenue and occupancy targets.

• Monitor pricing, inventory, and parity to ensure competitive positioning.

• Collaborate with revenue managers to design and launch promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns.

• Analyze OTA performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.

• Ensure accurate property content, descriptions, and images across all platforms.

• Liaise with OTA account managers to strengthen relationships and secure better visibility.

• Oversee guest review management in coordination with the reputation management team.

• Stay updated with OTA trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in OTA management, hotel revenue management, or e-commerce for hospitality.

• Proficiency in channel managers, PMS systems, and OTA dashboards.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple hotel accounts simultaneously.
