We’re looking for a proactive OTA (Online Travel Agency) Manager to oversee and grow our presence across key travel platforms like MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, TripAdvisor, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing listings, improving visibility, handling guest queries, and driving online bookings.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Manage and update hotel listings on OTA platforms  

- Optimize content, pricing, and availability in real-time  

- Monitor and respond to guest reviews & queries  

- Run promotions, campaigns, and rate plans to drive bookings  

- Ensure listing health, visibility, and ranking across portals  

- Coordinate with the reservations and front office team  

- Analyze OTA performance reports and suggest improvements  

- Maintain relationships with OTA account managers

Requirements:

✔️ 3-5 years of experience managing OTA platforms  

✔️ Hands-on experience with portals like MMT, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.  

✔️ Strong coordination, communication & reporting skills  

✔️ Knowledge of channel managers or PMS tools is a plus
