Role Overview:


The OTA and Revenue Specialist at Revup will be responsible for managing Online Travel Agency (OTA) listings, optimizing revenue streams, analyzing pricing strategies, ensuring rate parity, and maximizing profitability for partner hotels. This role requires a detail-oriented, data-driven professional with hands-on experience in OTA platforms and dynamic pricing.


Key Responsibilities:


OTA Management:

  • Manage and update hotel listings across all OTAs (Booking.com, Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
  • Ensure content accuracy, availability, rate parity, and competitiveness on all platforms.
  • Liaise with OTA account managers for promotions, campaigns, and troubleshooting.
  • Optimize hotel visibility through OTA-specific promotions, packages, and deals.
  • Monitor guest reviews and coordinate with internal teams for timely responses.


Revenue Management:

  • Conduct daily pricing analysis and competitor benchmarking to ensure optimum pricing strategies.
  • Develop and execute revenue growth plans based on demand forecasting, historical data, and market trends.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align revenue strategies with business goals.
  • Maintain and regularly update rate plans, inventory allocations, and restrictions on all OTA channels.
  • Recommend new pricing structures and promotional offers based on market dynamics.


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
  • Track KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, Pickup Reports, and OTA performance.
  • Conduct rate shopping and price positioning analysis.
  • Analyze booking trends and seasonality patterns to optimize performance.



Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in OTA management, revenue management, or a similar role (preferably in the hospitality industry).

• Strong understanding of OTA platforms, extranets, and revenue management systems.

• Proficiency in Excel, PMS, Channel Manager, and Rate Shopper tools.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.


Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with tools like RateTiger, STAAH, OYO OS, GoMMT Extranet, Booking.com Extranet, etc.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO basics, and digital marketing principles for OTA optimization.
