Role & responsibilities

Quotation and Contract Management:

• Maintain SLAs for submission of offers to Sales / Customer.
• Understand Customer Enquiry (Technically and commercially)
• Engage with cross functional teams for vendor registration.
• Product selection based on customer application and specification.
• Coordination with Product Engineering team for Special articles offers.
• Thorough Data sheet validation from customer and Sales
• Closely working with product Engineering and Management team for Special article creation.
• Working closely with the field sales team on periodic renewal of rate contracts.
• Closely monitor the Rate Contract Utilization

Order Management:

• Through Screening of Customer Purchase Orders
• Maintain stringent SLA of the converting Customer Purchase Order to Sale Order.
• Coordinate for Customer Master data creation.
• Timely processing of sales order (One Lot, test certificates, special economy zone, requested delivery dates, exports, tolerance, length and factor etc.)
• Coordinating for Sales, Customer & finance for LC validation and further sharing it with Order fulfillment.
• Working with Finance controllers for Block and Credit limits issues.
• Coordinating with Product Engineering team for MOQ, Plant extension of the articles.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE/ B.Tech in the Electrical, Electronic & Instrumentation domains OR Any Graduate with a high inclination to the technical product knowhow and experience in the Electrical industry with exceptional Communication skills.
• Total Work Experience : 2-6 years
