JD (For Reference): Executive OM 1.Generation of Service Invoice / Sale Invoice / Packing List etc 2.Expediting/ synchronizing deliveries of all India orders 3.Arranging stock transfers (Preparation of documents) between all branches. 4.Monitoring of Transit Insurance for all Inbound and Outbound cargos/ shipments. Singapore Billing (USD orders) Documentation 6.Handing over of vendor bills to respective account section through HOD. Management of domestic logistics. Placement of Transport Orders Preparation of GRPO Preparation of Delivery Challan & Sale Invoices Inland Insurance Policy management for respective domestic movements.
