Position - Sales Head

Experience - 8+ Years

Budget - 10-12lpa

Exposure - Knowledge about Concrete or construction chemical, B2B Sales

Industry - Construction Chemical & Flooring

Territory - Pan India

 

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Area Sales Manager to oversee our B2B sales operations within a designated area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing effective sales strategies to achieve targets. This role demands a thorough understanding of the market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve area sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Team Management:

    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2B sales representatives, ensuring they meet individual and team sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Business Development:

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Client Relationships

    : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Contracting / Contract management :-

    He has to develop a contracting business in his region with the help of civil contractors and stake holders .
  • Chanel Sales

    :- Develop a network of channel sales which includes applicators distributors and other business partners who can help us in generating business in the respective region 
  • Sales Forecasting:

    Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to provide insights into sales performance and market trends.
  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitive landscape, identify emerging market opportunities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
  • Reporting:

    Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to senior management
