Unitell is a Management Consultancy having a focus on personnel and human resource management and related areas. It was incorporated in September 1991.

JD (For Reference):

Executive OM

1.Generation of Service Invoice / Sale Invoice / Packing List etc

2.Expediting/ synchronizing deliveries of all India orders

3.Arranging stock transfers (Preparation of documents) between all branches.

4.Monitoring of Transit Insurance for all Inbound and Outbound cargos/ shipments.

5. Singapore Billing (USD orders) Documentation

6.Handing over of vendor bills to respective account section through HOD.

7. Management of domestic logistics.
8. Placement of Transport Orders
9. Preparation of GRPO
10. Preparation of Delivery Challan & Sale Invoices
11. Inland Insurance Policy management for respective domestic movements.
12. Controlling Delivery against INR order through locally stationed OM person at regional level.

13.Strict adherence of Deviation Control Policy-Annex. C

14.Dispatched goods are properly packed for suitable mode of transport

15.Timely and Correct Submission of INR Sale documents to customers

16.Timely submission of the original shipping documents to bank, if applicable.

17. To update related information in SAP.
18. Timely submission the Invoices to Customer and ensure that bill has been received by Customer.
19. Ensure all Stock Transfer LR, Delivery Proof LR or Receiving to be attach in SAP immidetetly as well as mention Hard copy and keep the same in respective SO folder.

20.LR To be attached in SAP immediately after delivery.

22. Prepare the LC Documents.
