Position CAD Designer – Mumbai Location Borivali West, Mumbai Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented CAD Designer specializing in diamond and ring jewelry design . The ideal candidate will translate design concepts into precise and visually appealing CAD models, ensuring designs are both aesthetically stunning and production ready . Responsibilities Create high-quality 3D CAD models of rings, bands, and diamond jewellery using software such as Rhino, MatrixGold, Plugin or JewelCAD . Work closely with the design and production teams to develop feasible and elegant designs. Create accurate size variations (all finger sizes) ensuring correct proportions and manufacturing feasibility. Prepare technical drawings and rendered visuals for approvals and customer presentations. Ensure all designs maintain accurate dimensions, stone settings, weights, and metal specifications . Modify and finalize CAD designs as per client or internal feedback. Maintain a strong understanding of diamond layouts, prong types, setting styles (pav, prong, bezel, channel, etc.) , and ring proportions. Coordinate with designers and product development team to ensure seamless execution from CAD to finished jewellery. Keep up to date with current jewellery trends, design innovations, and CAD technologies . Maintain an organized database of CAD files, STL outputs, and renders for sampling, prototyping, and production. Maintain a digital library of ring designs and variations for easy reference. Skills & Requirements Diploma/Degree in Jewellery Design, CAD Designing, or related field . 1–3 years of experience as a CAD Designer in fine or diamond jewellery. Proficiency in Rhino, MatrixGold, JewelCAD, or equivalent CAD software . Strong understanding of diamond sizes, placements, and jewellery manufacturing processes . Ability to create realistic renders and understand casting, setting, and finishing constraints . Creative eye for detail, proportion, and precision. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualities: Prior experience designing engagement rings, solitaires. Knowledge of metal weights and gemstone compatibility . Passion for jewellery design and an innovative mindset.

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Management Executive to manage the end-to-end order processing operations in our jewellery business. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination across departments and vendors, handling compliance and documentation, managing studio and office resources, and maintaining operational excellence in day-to-day functions. Key Responsibilities: Order Management Manage and track jewellery orders from initiation to delivery. Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timelines are met. Verify customer specifications and ensure quality control standards are followed. Ensure accurate documentation of each order, including product details, weights, and specifications. Financial & Compliance Documentation Maintain records related to order invoices, billing, and delivery challans. Ensure all transactions comply with GST and other applicable financial regulations. Support statutory audits by organizing documentation and reports. Expenses & Invoice Management Process vendor and operational invoices accurately and timely. Maintain expense trackers for logistics, packaging, studio consumables, etc. Liaise with the accounts department to reconcile vendor payments. Cross-functional Coordination Act as the primary liaison between internal departments (sales, design, production, QC) and external stakeholders (vendors, logistics partners). Follow up on third-party work such as certification, stamping, polishing, and hallmarking. Procurement & Resource Management Oversee procurement of packaging materials, consumables, tools, and other office/studio needs. Maintain inventory logs for materials and supplies. Studio & Office Facility Management Supervise upkeep of office and studio infrastructure. Ensure availability of studio equipment, tools, and resources. Oversee utility, internet, stationery, and facility service providers. Repairs & Maintenance Oversight Manage periodic maintenance schedules for machinery and tools. Coordinate repairs and servicing of studio equipment and office assets. Track repair timelines and vendor performance. Customer Coordination & Order Handover Work closely with store or showroom teams for smooth order handovers to customers. Ensure proper packaging, tagging, and invoicing before dispatch or pickup. Maintain customer-facing order status reports where applicable. Additional Responsibilities Assist with data entry and CRM updates. Prepare reports on order processing, delays, cost analysis, etc. Suggest and implement process improvements for operational efficiency. Key Requirements Education: • Minimum: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Preferred: Postgraduate qualification such as MBA in Operations/Supply Chain Management, or a Diploma in Jewellery Management/Retail Management. Experience: 23 years in order management or operations, preferably in the jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail sector. Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes and quality standards. Skills: Strong MS Excel and ERP/software proficiency Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities Knowledge of jewellery order lifecycle and production stages Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and compliance norms Strong communication and vendor management skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
