Role Overview

Oracle Cloud Project Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  end-to-end delivery

  of multiple Oracle Cloud projects with a primary focus on

  SCM modules

  .
• Act as the

  strategic delivery leader

  , ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective project execution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to define solution architecture and roadmap.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and governance activities.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, functional design, and Oracle Cloud best practices.
• Provide

  functional leadership across Oracle SCM Cloud modules

  , such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Planning, and Manufacturing.
• Manage stakeholder communication, escalation handling, and executive reporting.
• Mentor and guide project managers and consultants to strengthen delivery capabilities within the team.
• Continuously assess project performance and identify improvement areas to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of total experience

  , with at least

  8+ years in Oracle Cloud SCM delivery or leadership roles

  .
• Proven track record of managing

  large-scale Oracle Cloud or EBS transformation programs

  .
• Strong functional expertise across

  Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

  ,

  Order-to-Cash (O2C)

  ,

  Inventory

  , and

  Planning

  cycles.
• Hands-on experience in

  Oracle Cloud SCM modules

  and integration touchpoints with ERP and Manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery governance skills.
• Experience in

  project financials, forecasting, and budget management

  .
• Ability to manage distributed teams and work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Oracle Cloud Certification preferred (SCM or Project Management).

Nice to Have

• Exposure to

  Manufacturing Cloud, Planning Cloud

  , or

  EPM integrations

  .
• Experience with

  Program Management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)

• PMP / Prince2 / Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
