Job Description

Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning Consultant (Primary title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning Consultant)
Industry: Enterprise ERP & Cloud Applications for manufacturing, distribution, and retail supply chains. Sector: Oracle Cloud ERP / Supply Chain Management implementation, integration and support services.Location: India — On-site role. We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning functional consultant to join client-facing implementation teams delivering end-to-end SCM planning solutions.Role & Responsibilities

Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning modules—Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Translate business requirements into solution designs, perform fit-gap analysis, and create detailed functional specification documents.
Configure planning parameters, heuristics, ATP/CTP rules, and replenishment policies; validate via scenario modelling and what-if analysis.
Drive integration design with ERP, WMS, and third-party systems using ICS/REST; own data migration, cleansing, and mapping activities.
Plan and execute unit testing, integration testing, UAT and hypercare; provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders—project managers, developers, and supply chain SMEs—to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and adoption.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3+ years hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning modules (Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP).
Strong functional expertise in planning configurations, ATP/CTP, replenishment, MRP heuristics, and scenario planning.
Experience with integrations (ICS, REST), data migration using SQL/extract transforms, and RICEFW specification.
Proven track record in end-to-end implementations, testing (UAT), cutover and hypercare on on-site project engagements.

Preferred

Exposure to OTBI / BI Publisher for reporting and analytics, and familiarity with Oracle SCM Cloud roadmaps and best practices.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or retail supply chains and prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
