✔ Lead and manage Oracle Fusion PDH implementations and enhancements
✔ Gather and analyze business requirements related to product data management
✔ Design and configure Oracle Fusion PDH modules to meet business needs
✔ Define and implement product data governance and standardization processes
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, and IT
✔ Develop functional specifications, test cases, and training documentation
✔ Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
✔ Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
✔ Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users and stakeholders
✔ 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion PDH
✔ Strong understanding of PLM and MDM processes
✔ Expertise in Oracle Fusion Product Hub, Item Model, Item Classes, and Data Quality
✔ Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations and integrations
✔ Strong documentation and testing skills (FDDs, test scripts)
✔ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
✔ Oracle certifications in PDH or related modules (preferred)
✔ Experience with SCM, Inventory, or Procurement modules (a plus)
