Lead Application Services Oracle Fusion Administrator

Job Summary: The Lead Application Services Fusion Administrator will be responsible for managing Oracle Fusion Cloud environments, including application configurations, user security, system monitoring, and integration processes. This role requires expertise in Oracle Fusion security, workflows, BPM processes, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and enterprise settings. The ideal candidate will lead the administration efforts for Oracle Fusion applications in the India office, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvements while collaborating with the IT, Finance, and Supply Chain teams in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the Oracle Fusion administration efforts in the India office, ensuring alignment with global IT strategies.

  • Manage and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including ERP, SCM, and EPM.

  • Configure and administer Secure Console, Transaction Console, Enterprise Settings, BPM Workflows, and Descriptive Flex Fields.

  • Monitor and remediate scheduled jobs, processes, and errors to ensure system reliability.

  • Stay updated on Oracle technologies and recommend enhancements and upgrades.

  • Maintain and administer security roles, user access, and permissions within Oracle Fusion.

  • Create, modify, and optimize roles for segregation of duties and license compliance.

  • Audit system configurations and enforce security best practices to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Ensure compliance with company security policies and industry standards.

  • Implement and manage system monitoring tools (e.g., Oracle Enterprise Manager, Nagios) to track performance and detect issues proactively.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues, integration errors, and process failures.

  • Configure and optimize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to facilitate seamless data integration across enterprise systems.

  • Work closely with IT, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support Oracle Fusion Cloud operations and integrations.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion administration.

  • Provide documentation and training to business users and technical teams.


Required Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong expertise in Secure Console, Transaction Console, Enterprise Settings, BPM Workflows, and Descriptive Flex Fields.

  • Proven experience configuring and managing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for enterprise-wide integrations.

  • Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.

  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Oracle Enterprise Manager, Nagios, or similar for performance tracking and alerting.

  • Knowledge of Oracle security best practices, including data encryption and auditing.

  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation, including sequence diagrams and Oracle configuration exports.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior experience working in a large enterprise environment managing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

  • Understanding of Oracle licensing models to ensure cost-effective role allocation.

  • Experience optimizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) workflows for high-performance integrations.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based monitoring and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
