Job Summary:

Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance implementations

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Financials (minimum 2–3 end-to-end projects).
Configure, test, and support Oracle Finance modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Tax, and Expense.
Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and prepare functional design documents.
Manage key project phases: design workshops, CRP, SIT, UAT, cut-over, and go-live.
Support data migration, system integration, and solution testing.
Document using OUM or equivalent methodology.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for seamless delivery.
Lead client interactions and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Contribute to developments using BI Publisher, OTBI, BPM, Smart View, FAH, interfaces, and data conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Finance.
Proven expertise in Oracle Finance modules and implementation methodologies.
Strong knowledge of financial business processes and system configuration.
Ability to work independently and guide project teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
