The Oracle EBS R12 Support Team Member is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 applications or Oracle Fusion Financials. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing system enhancements, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth functioning of financial and associated Applications. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, and experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes. Key Responsibilities: Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Experience in supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Applications. 2. Familiarity with key Oracle modules such as P2P, O2C, and GL. 3. Understanding of ITIL framework and processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Service Request management). 4. Experience with ticketing systems of any ITSM tools. 5. Good knowledge of Oracle database queries (SQL) for troubleshooting & Writing scripts. 6.
