Job Purpose:

Senior Oracle ERP Report Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy reports using Oracle ERP Cloud tools including BI Publisher, OTBI, and BICC.
• Translate business requirements into effective, scalable reporting solutions ensuring performance and maintainability.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including design specifications, data mappings, and data models.
• Analyze business needs and generate data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Validate report data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Develop ad-hoc reports and schedule data extracts for various business units.
• Collaborate with Finance, HCM, PPM, and IT stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting needs.
• Troubleshoot report performance issues and resolve data discrepancies.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and knowledge transfer to junior developers and power users.
• Conduct training sessions on report usage, features, and best practices.
• Stay current with updates and new features in Oracle Cloud ERP reporting tools and recommend best practices for implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud and related reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, BICC).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL scripting.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud data models and subject areas.
• Understanding of Oracle Financials (GL, AR, AP), HCM, and PPM modules.
• Ability to optimize report performance and handle large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
