Support data migration, conversion, and interface development for CX modules.
Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and deliver technical support during UAT and post-go-live phases.
Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global delivery model.
Oracle CX or OIC certifications.
Knowledge of AI/ML or Chatbot integrations with CX Service Cloud.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
