QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications) Bachelors degree or equivalent experience within an enterprise level corporate IT environment is required. Experience in IT monitoring is highly desirable. Direct experience with Jenkins, Nprinting, Cloudwatch, Qlikview, SolarWinds, Redwood, OpManager and/or PagerDuty is highly desirable.
