As part of Oracle University (OU) , you will shape and deliver high-impact learning programs aligned with Oracle’s latest advancements, including AI for Cloud Applications, Redwood UX, and HCM Business Processes. You will act as an HCM subject matter expert (SME), collaborating with Product Development, CSS, and strategic partners to design Cloud Learning Subscriptions, Certifications, and next-gen learning assets. Your work will directly influence Oracle’s product and training roadmap, ensuring customers have the skills to succeed with Oracle Fusion HCM. What You’ll Do: Strategy & Planning (50%) Partner with Oracle Product Development to align training roadmaps with Fusion HCM release cycles, especially Redwood UX-driven updates. Analyze customer implementation journeys and ensure training content reflects best practices for HCM success. Monitor industry trends and competitive benchmarks to ensure Oracle University’s HCM content remains best-in-class. Delivery & Execution (20%) Design, curate, and record innovative HCM learning content , leveraging modern formats such as interactive demos, guided learning, and Redwood-inspired UI content. Prototype new learning methods and engagement techniques to improve the user experience and adoption rates. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement (30%) Work closely with CSS, Consulting, Support, and Product teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of HCM educational offerings. Act as a customer advocate , bringing user insights to shape learning strategies. Mentor team members and foster knowledge-sharing across global teams. What We’re Looking For: Hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience , including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, or Workforce Management. Strong exposure to Redwood UX and its role in modernizing Fusion HCM applications. Proven consulting experience—requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live for HCM implementations. Ability to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences that simplify complex HCM processes. Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
