Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • L1 Support:

    Create certificates on RTO software platform to ensure commercial vehicles are met with regulatory compliance. Coordinate with customers and internal team.
  • Data Entry and Data Management

  • Chat Support, Email Support and support via telephone

  • Coordination with Fitment Team:

    Work closely with the fitment team to ensure that all vehicles are equipped with necessary hardware and software components. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to streamline installation processes.
  • Understand and explain technical aspects of our products to customers
  • Manage day-to-day operations related to customer inquiries and issues
  • Create and maintain customer success documentation
  • Analyze data and prepare reports using Excel

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written, verbal and email communication skills
  • Understanding of Technical concepts
  • Proven experience in customer success or a related field
  • Fluency in Kannada, English and Hindi
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in Operations will be an advantage
