Job Title : Operations Support Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence
• Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate with the management team for back-office and administrative tasks
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars as required
• Ensure office cleanliness, discipline, and basic compliance are maintained
• Support other clerical and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• Any graduate / pursuing graduation
• 0–2 years of experience in an office/admin role (freshers are welcome to apply)
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, punctual, and responsible work attitude
• Ability to multitask and work independently
