Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Operations Support Executive. The Operations Support Executive will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of utility delivery solutions. Key responsibilities include managing operational tasks, maintaining smooth workflow, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring efficient delivery of operational utilities. The role also involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to address operational challenges and meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management, particularly in managing utility delivery systems and daily operational processes
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating performance data and developing actionable insights
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with clients
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and provide operational support
• Knowledge of utility systems and BOO models is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant field is preferred
