Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quotations and share them with customers
  • Coordinate with customers for inquiries, updates, and follow-ups
  • Track POs, invoices, and payment status and update records
  • Maintain CRM entries, documentation, and internal reports
  • Handle professional email communication and correspondence
  • Assist in backend office operations to ensure smooth workflow

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong ability in quotation preparation, customer coordination, and follow-ups
  • Skilled in MS Office, email drafting, and documentation management
  • Experience in CRM handling and backend operational support
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills with disciplined follow-up habits
  • Prior experience in sales coordination, service coordination, or office operations preferred
