Role Overview

proactive Operations Support Associate (US Client)


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct

    virtual audits and camera reviews

    for multiple store locations.
  • Communicate regularly with US clients

    to discuss audit findings, clarify data, and resolve operational queries.
  • Review

    incident reports, video requests, and compliance data

    to ensure process integrity.
  • Maintain

    accurate records and documentation

    within internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to

    support investigations

    and prepare detailed daily shift reports.
  • Participate in team discussions,

    client meetings

    , and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify recurring issues or trends and recommend preventive solutions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Commerce, or Operations Management).
  • 1–2 years of experience in

    operations, customer service, audit, or compliance roles

    , preferably with

    US client exposure

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel, MS Office, and Outlook

    .
  • Strong

    verbal and written communication skills

    to interact confidently with global clients.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a

    cross-functional international team

    .
  • Flexible to work in night shifts

    to align with US time zones.
