Operations Support Associate (US Client)

You are eagerly looking for a proactive Operations Support Associate (US Client) with 12 years of experience to join the growing compliance and monitoring team at Relay Human Cloud in Vadodara. Your role will involve conducting virtual audits, communicating with US clients, reviewing incident reports, and collaborating with internal and client teams to drive operational excellence. Your efforts will directly impact efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience for international clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct virtual audits and camera reviews for multiple store locations. - Communicate regularly with US clients to discuss audit findings, clarify data, and resolve operational queries. - Review incident reports, video requests, and compliance data to ensure process integrity. - Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems. - Collaborate with internal and client teams to support investigations and prepare detailed daily shift reports. - Participate in team discussions, client meetings, and continuous process improvement initiatives. - Identify recurring issues or trends and recommend preventive solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Commerce, or Operations Management). - 12 years of experience in operations, customer service, audit, or compliance roles, preferably with US client exposure. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Outlook. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with global clients. - Analytical, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong multitasking abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional international team. - Flexible to work in night shifts to align with US time zones.
