Operations Specialist

As an Enablement Specialist at EY, your role is crucial in supporting strategic alignment, optimizing tools and processes, and developing training programs for the success of the brand, marketing, and communications (BMC) team in Canada. You will enhance cross-functional collaboration, curate learning opportunities, promote AI tools adoption, and manage financial and team resources to drive organizational goals and objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive strategic initiatives to align BMC capability with organizational goals - Support BMC leadership in executing strategies and initiatives - Manage BMC budget and financial reporting - Develop guidelines, process improvement plans, and manage special projects - Implement internal technology solutions to enhance productivity - Support talent operations for acquisition, onboarding, and retention - Measure and track marketing activities, report on ROI, and evaluate strategic opportunities **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 8-11 years of work experience with 4-7 years in a similar role - Proficiency in MS Project/Word/PowerPoint/Excel - Knowledge of Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall project management methodologies **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Strong understanding of marketing technologies - Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills - Exceptional communication and presentation skills - Critical thinking and analytical skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Experience with budget management and AI tools preferred EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) offers a dynamic and truly global delivery network with fulfilling career opportunities.
