Store Experience & Brand Representation Maintain high grooming standards to represent the brand's premium ethnic wear positioning. Ensure store presentation and merchandise display are aligned with brand guidelines. Assist in managing trials, fittings, and post-sales customer service. Key Skills Required : Sense of fashion styling and men's ethnic wear aesthetics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and design elements (training will be given). Sales orientation with customer-first mindset. Line up customer trial attires in advance and keep the production & fitting schedule updated. Update system records for customer pickups and dispatches . Track production progress and highlight delays or issues to the supervisor. Ensure smooth morning order lineup by 9:00 AM every day (8:30 AM mandatory reporting time). Requirements Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in operations, data handling, or production coordination. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (data entry, formulas, filters, tracking). Basic understanding of clothing production processes is a plus (not mandatory). Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently. Good communication and coordination skills.
