  12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (During peak seasons or high customer rush, extended hours may be required.)

Designer / Fashion Stylist

Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultation & Styling

• Understand client needs, occasions, body type, and style preferences.
• Recommend suitable ethnic wear looks (sherwanis, kurtas, bandhgalas, etc.) with styling guidance.
• Suggest colour combinations, accessorising, and complete outfit coordination.
• Conduct local market visits when required for custom trims and materials.

Custom Design & Order Execution

• Suggest and finalize design customizations such as embroidery, detailing, or fit modifications.
• Accurately translate customization requirements to the tailoring and production teams.
• Review custom outfits through the production cycle to ensure alignment with approved design.
• Coordinate with store managers to capture and confirm custom requirements from other stores.

Multi-Store Support & Operational Coordination

• Act as the

  first point of support

  for 2 additional stores.
• Provide weekly off-day coverage for store in-charge roles at both stores (mandatory 2 days/week).
• Support during leave days when feasible.
• Process, document, and manage orders from multiple stores ensuring clear communication and timelines.

Sales & Customer Experience

• Convert walk-in and referral enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Drive upselling & cross-selling opportunities (stoles, footwear, accessories).
• Assist with trials, fittings, and post-sales customer support.

Design Development Support

• Support the senior designer during off-season in creating new sample designs and launches.

Key Skills Required

• Strong sense of fashion styling and men’s ethnic wear aesthetics.
• Basic understanding of garments, fabrics, embroidery, and finishing (training provided).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking ability and time management.

• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets for order tracking and coordination.

• Customer-first and sales-oriented mindset.

Candidate Profile

• Education:

  Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design / Styling / Textile Design (preferred)

• Experience:

  2–5 years in ethnic wear design, premium retail, styling, or boutique fashion
