Role Overview

hands-on, detail-oriented Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update

  daily production data

  in Excel/Google Sheets for embroidery, cutting, and stitching teams.
• Take

  printouts of new orders

  received from online marketplaces and TheEthnic.Co website.

• Assign production tasks

  to masters and tailors based on the predefined prioritization strategy.

• Line up customer trial attires

  in advance and keep the production & fitting schedule updated.
• Update system records for

  customer pickups and dispatches

  .
• Track production progress and highlight delays or issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure smooth

  morning order lineup

  by 9:00 AM every day (8:30 AM mandatory reporting time).

Requirements

• Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in operations, data handling, or production coordination.
• Strong skills in

  Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

  (data entry, formulas, filters, tracking).
• Basic understanding of clothing production processes is a plus (not mandatory).
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working on Saturdays and Sundays.
