Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Specialist based in Naugarh. The Operations Specialist will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards. Key responsibilities include optimizing operational procedures, coordinating with sales teams, managing projects from initiation to completion, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Specialist will analyze data to improve processes and support the organization’s mission of delivering reliable and cost-effective clean energy solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience or expertise in sales and customer relationship management
• Proven skills in operations management and process optimization
• Project management experience, including planning, organizing, and executing projects
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a strong advantage
