Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to take charge of day-to-day park operations at EOD Adventure Park. This is a leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, people management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise park-wide operations including rides, ticketing, food & beverages, security, and housekeeping
• Ensure seamless guest experiences, promptly resolving escalations and complaints
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, compliance standards, and ride inspection checklists
• Recruit, train, and manage on-ground staff teams with a focus on performance and service quality
• Oversee planning and execution of festivals, events, school/corporate bookings, and group activities
• Drive efficiency in vendor management, inventory control, and maintenance schedules
• Track and report operational KPIs, recommending process improvements to boost productivity and control costs

Who Can Apply

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Hospitality, Amusement Parks, Entertainment, or Operations Management
• Proven leadership and people management track record
• Strong background in guest services, safety, and compliance
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and peak operational seasons

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
