🏨 Hiring: Operations Manager – Full-Time (On-Site, Lansdowne, Uttarakhand)

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to join our team at The Lanswood Estate, our boutique resort nestled in the serene hills of Lansdowne.

📍 Location: On-site at the resort (Lansdowne, Uttarakhand)

🕐 Job Type: Full-time (Accommodation provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the property to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Manage front desk operations including guest check-in/check-out
• Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping and support staff
• Address and resolve guest concerns and service issues promptly
• Ensure upkeep, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the property
• Support in vendor coordination, inventory control, and maintenance scheduling

Who You Are:

• 4–5 years of experience in hospitality operations or property management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solver with a calm, guest-first approach
• Willing to stay on the property full-time and be hands-on in day-to-day management
• Familiarity with hospitality software (EZEE)
