You should have at least 5 years of experience in hospitality operations or property management, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and showcase the ability to solve problems with a guest-first approach. It is essential that you are willing to stay on-site full-time and actively engage in day-to-day management tasks. Familiarity with hospitality software, specifically EZEE, will be an added advantage.
