Sous Chef – Full Time

📍 The Lanswood Estate, Lansdowne, Uttarakhand, India

🛏️ On-site accommodation provided

Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, food prep, and service
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
  • Manage kitchen staff and delegate responsibilities efficiently
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
  • Contribute to menu planning and seasonal updates
  • Support inventory and stock control processes

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in the food industry
  • Proficiency in

    North Indian cuisine

    , along with strong knowledge of

    basic café foods

    and

    continental dishes

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt in a remote, hospitality-driven environment
  • Willingness to live and work

    on-site full time
