Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the property to ensure seamless guest experiences
Manage front desk operations including guest check-in/check-out
Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping and support staff
Address and resolve guest concerns and service issues promptly
Ensure upkeep, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the property
Support in vendor coordination, inventory control, and maintenance scheduling

Who You Are:

4–5 years of experience in hospitality operations or property management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Problem-solver with a calm, guest-first approach
Willing to stay on the property full-time and be hands-on in day-to-day management
Familiarity with hospitality software (EZEE)
