🌟 We’re Hiring: Hotel Manager | The Lanswood Estate – Lansdowne, Uttarakhand

The Lanswood Estate, a serene and elegant retreat in Lansdowne, is looking for a hands-on, dynamic Hotel Manager with 4–5 years of experience to oversee daily operations and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

📍 Location: Lansdowne, Uttarakhand

📅Experience: 4–5 years in hotel/resort operations

💼Type: Full-time | On-site

🔧Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day property operations
• Manage and motivate staff across all departments (housekeeping, kitchen, guest services)
• Handle reservations, OTA management, and guest communications
• Ensure top-notch service standards, cleanliness, and upkeep
• Vendor coordination and inventory tracking
• Be the face of the property in the absence of the owners

✅Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in hotel/resort/hospitality management
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English & Hindi
• Knowledge of OTAs (Booking.com, MMT, Airbnb)
• Hospitality background preferred
• Comfortable living in or relocating to Lansdown (
