Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in New Delhi. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure operational efficiency, manage and train staff, develop and implement operational policies, handle budgeting and resource allocation, and improve workflow processes. The role involves coordinating with other departments to meet business objectives and ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Team Management and Staff Training skills
• Good Excel skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experience in the sales and marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
